How to use it at home
- Use small objects like beads or seeds so your child can physically put two groups together.
- Say sums as stories: 'You have 3 mangoes and Achchi gives you 2 more. How many now?'
- Do not rush to written sums. Pictures and objects build real understanding first.
Printing tips
- Print on A4 paper at 100% (actual size), not 'fit to page'.
- Black-and-white printing is fine; children will add the colour.
- Slip pages into a plastic sleeve and use a whiteboard marker to reuse them many times.
